"The booking process on the website was very user friendly and easy to use. However, I was referred to download the app to my phone. After doing such on the app itself there is no where to input the booking reference and there was not an option to create an account on the app itself. These minor issues are easy to work around by doing it on a desktop but it does detract from the app's ease of use."

"The driver and the car were excellent, I could not praise him high enough. The problem I have is with the booking process, I told you the pick up point, I told you the destination and I told you the time that the car was required. I accepted you price only to get an email the next day to say I had to pay the London Congestion Tax. I do not object to paying this charge but it should have been included in the original quote as you knew the pick up address and the time and you knew that this charge applied to this booking."
