"Tried to contact by phone by line appeared not in use. This was annoying as when I booked on line the day after the price had gone up by £3.
Also on booking form it was implied confirmation and updates would be sent by text at an extra cost of £1.50 but when the confirmation of payment was sent the info stated an email would confirm booking etc, no need to pay for text😠"

"This was my 3rd journey to London using Taxicode. Compared to the other trips this was very disappointing. A good looking car but a very uncomfortable bumpy ride. It felt as though it didn't have any springs.
If this car came again to pick me up I wouldn't use it."
